- Order Processing Time All orders will be processed and shipped within 1‑3 business days after you receive your order‑confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
- Estimated Transit Time We ship worldwide. Delivery lead times vary by destination. Below are our general estimates: ‑ United States: 7‑12 business days ‑ Asia (Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, etc.): 5‑10 business days ‑ Middle East (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, etc.): 8‑15 business days ‑ Rest of the world: 10‑20 business days
Note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier‑related issues beyond our control.
- Shipping Fees Shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. ‑ We offer a flat global standard shipping rate of $5. ‑ Standard shipping is free for all orders over $40.
- Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will get an email notification containing a tracking number for you to check your shipment status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes YUSHAN OUTDOOR is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipment (duties, taxes, etc.) shall be borne solely by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Packages If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at 13866809983@163.com with your full name and order number, and we will assist you accordingly. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and damaged items, and contact us immediately before filing any claim.
