The RM-DC is a precision baitcasting reel built around the MR-DC intelligent electronic brake system — the same DC brake principle used in premium tournament reels, self-powered with no charging required. At 176g with a short-shaft 16.7g aluminium spool that casts from just 5g, the RM-DC covers everything from beginner-friendly safe-mode casting to expert competition performance, all controlled via a simple +/− dial and a dual-LED status indicator.

- MR-DC Intelligent Electronic Brake System – Smart-Controlled Every Cast – DC electronic brake chip monitors and adjusts brake force automatically. Self-powered by casting motion — no charging required. Covers the full range from beginner (large brake / 15M) to intermediate (medium brake / 25M) to expert (small brake / 30M), using the same 5g lure on 0.6# PE line. Simple +/− dial adjustment. Dual-LED indicator (green = safe mode on, red = indicator) for instant brake status feedback
- Anti-Interference Stability System – Smoother Spool Rotation – Reduces magnetic attraction between the brake pad and the high-strength metal bearing; keeps the bearing at its natural smooth rotational speed, making the spool spin more freely. Significantly improves casting performance with micro lures and achieves effects most other electronic brakes cannot replicate
- Anti-Backlash Wind Detection – Crosswind is one of the main causes of backlash. The DC system rapidly detects extra resistance on the lure from crosswind, and instantly increases brake force when it detects spool speed changes, preventing backlash and delivering more stable casting in windy conditions
